COVID-19 Update - Business as Usual


 
We would like to reassure our customers that For My Petz is working hard to maintain the safety of our customers, our suppliers, and ourselves and continue to work business as usual following all required guidelines.
 

An Update from Australia Post

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been experiencing ongoing delays with our deliveries right across Australia.  Based on what we know at the moment the update to estimated delivery times are listed below once deliveries recommence.

  • Across Victoria, approximately 8 - 13 working days;
  • Delivery to NSW, SA, ACT, QLD, approximately 10 - 15 working days;
  • Delivery to WA, NT and TAS, approximately 12 - 19 working days.

It is expected that as we move closer to the end of the year and online shopping increased, delays may continue.  We encourage everyone to plan purchases as we move into the silly season to ensure that your pets have everything they need.

 
Shipping Online Orders Australia Wide

  • We aim to process all online orders within 48 hours.
  • Shipping will be via Australia Post and extra time should be allowed for your delivery to arrive. Australia Post mail facilities will be working on reduced capacity.
  • Log into your account to check on your tracking details.
