Auto Delivery For Your Pet Needs
With Auto Delivery you will never have to worry about running out of your pets favourite food, remember to order their flea treatments or those other essentials. We've made it as simple as possible to use and you can cancel at any time. Simply log in, view your account and upcoming orders and hit the cancel button.
There are currently limited items available for Auto Delivery, and we will be adding more and more products each day, so don't forget to check back if what you need is not on Auto Delivery just yet.
- Afterpay, Zip and Paypal are not available at this time for Auto Delivery.
- You will receive an email notification 7 days prior to an Auto Delivery.

Five easy steps is all it takes to set up auto delivery on your pets favourite product. It is a set and forgot. Simple! You will receive an email a few days prior letting you know that your auto delivery is coming up. If you wish to cancel a delivery, log into your account and hit cancel. This also cancels future deliveries. If you wish to add anything to you order prior. simple give us a call on (03) 9939-5537 during normal business hours, or drop us an email at email@example.com

Q. Can I cancel my auto delivery?
A. Yes! Simply log into your account on formypetz.com.au, scroll down to your order list, and hit the big CANCEL button.
Q. How long will my delivery take?
A. Delivery is by Australia Post so you should always allow anywhere between 2 to 5 days for delivery depending on your location.
Q. Can I auto deliver Fresh Prime100 and Frozen NatureDog Food?
A. This can be done for anyone living in Yarraville and surrounding postcodes (3011 to 3016 & 3025).
Q. I have multiple items in my basket but only want one item on auto delivery, is that OK?
A. Yes! Only the item you select for auto delivery will be added to future orders. You can combine your intial order with any products.
Q. I want to change my order before the next auto delivery, what do I do?
A. If you need to change your order, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call on (03) 9939 5537 during weekday business hours and we can help you.
Q. Will I be informed of an upcoming order?
A. Yes! You will receive an email advising you that there is an upcoming order and a couple of days later you will receive an email confirming the order has been paid for. After payment succesful we start packing your order. You will receive tracking numbers as you always have.
